Salary: $55000 (Base Salary: $50000 Potential Bonus: $5000) allowances

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Area Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning technicians. In this role you will be responsible for auditing and managing productivity and quality ensuring that standard cleaning processes are consistently followed. Additionally you will cover cleaning responsibilities when necessary and communicate shift results needs and concerns to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct staff and facility quality audits.
  
• Direct employees to enhance team performance and increase client satisfaction.
  
• Lead by example embodying company values and fostering a positive team culture.
  
• Assign tasks to employees and ensure adherence to client and employee policies.
  
• Address performance issues through coaching and mentoring.
  
• Manage inventory and ensure proper supplies and equipment are available.
  
• Handle client needs and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
  
• Oversee timekeeping for employees and adjust resources as needed.
  
• Train new employees on cleaning processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager on performance and operational needs.
  

What We re Looking For:

• 25 years of supervisory experience managing a frontline remote service labor force preferably in the cleaning services industry.
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
  
• Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
  
• High school diploma preferred.
  
• Valid Driver s License with a good driving record.
  
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  
• Knowledge of floor maintenance equipment is a plus.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically active tasks such as bending lifting and navigating stairs.
  
• Full range of motion for dusting vacuuming and other cleaning tasks.
