Accountant

We are looking for a detailoriented and analytical Manufacturing Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering financial insights that support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of accounting principles financial analysis expertise and experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance against plans forecasts and budgets to identify trends and variances.
  
• Gather organize and document financial data to aid in decisionmaking.
  
• Develop and manage financial models to evaluate the impact of various business scenarios.
  
• Perform costaccounting analysis including standard cost variance analysis and inventory valuation.
  
• Contribute to the monthly quarterly and annual closing processes.
  
• Assess capital expenditure proposals for financial viability and return on investment.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial support and insights.
  
• Perform additional accounting and financial analysis tasks as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a business degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  
• Experience with ERP systems.
  
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Experience in cost accounting internal auditing and capital expenditure evaluation.
