Job Description

Be a part of something bigger! As a Remote Payment Processor you ll be the voice that helps our organization connect with donors. Your contribution will be key to our success in supporting nonprofit initiatives and making a real difference in the community.

Requirements

2 years of remote or local customer service experience

2 years of remote or local call center experience

Must be able to pass a background check

Experience with payment processing

Experience in call verification

Must use a Windows computer

Quiet and professional background for taking calls

Intermediate computer skills

Must have active listening skills

Must be able to speak clearly professional and with a pleasant tone.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
