Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join our dedicated team in making a difference! As a Remote Call Center Agent youll play a vital role in supporting our mission by assisting donors with their contributions. Your excellent customer service skills will help us drive positive change in the community.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local customer service.

Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local call center.

Must have access to a Windows computer

Quiet professional environment for taking calls

Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

Intermediate computer proficiency

Must be able to speak with a happy tone and professional

Flexible hours with 24/7 availability

Control your own schedule

Competitive pay ranging from $0.20 to $0.35 per talk minute (Equivalent to $13$15 per hour on average)
