Operations Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daytoday operations across our facilities in Youngstown OH N. Pittsburgh PA and Zanesville OH. This role involves managing daily operations inventory projects regulations maintenance and teams of Operators at each location ensuring optimal performance and compliance with environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations inventory projects and maintenance at all locations.
  
• Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of Dissolved Air Flotation and Screw Press Equipment.
  
• Continuously monitor system performance and water quality.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal environmental standards.
  
• Assist in planning and executing projects including new installations expansions and upgrades.
  
• Travel to facilities as needed. The office location can be based at any facility closest to the employee s home.
  

Compensation:

• Car allowance gas and other related expenses will be provided.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management within the waste removal or water treatment industry.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science Engineering or Business.
  
• Proficiency in SCADA systems or similar environmental systems.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
