Job Description
Job Title: Interpreter (Japanese to English and English to Japanese)
Location: Shinjuku (Onsite at Customer Office)
Work Style: Fully Onsite
Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Start Date: ASAP
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services between Japanese and English for inperson and remote meetings or presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Translate documents between Japanese and English to support project needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in interpretation with a strong track record in both JapanesetoEnglish and EnglishtoJapanese interpretation.
- N1 Level/Native Japanese proficiency with at least businesslevel English skills.
- Willingness and capability to handle document translation tasks.
- Experience working with global teams particularly in collaboration with teams from India the USA and the Philippines.
- Prior experience in IT projects is preferred.
