ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that target commercial industries and help drive profitable sales that align with our company growth goals. This role involves analyzing market research in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively target our nonaerospace industries including campaign development market research and competitive analysis. Industry development includes food medical energy motorsports and other new markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify market opportunities and develop tailored marketing approaches for key commercial clients and future prospects. Work to gather high quality leads with new commercial accounts that sales teams can close.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment. Collaborate as needed with digital marketing and communications personnel within the department.
- Working alongside communications personnel create compelling marketing materials including brochures presentations and digital content that clearly communicate the value proposition of our products within the aerospace industry.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies. Work with supply chain team as needed on product specific feedback.
- Work with communications personnel on any press releases advertisements and other marketing communications to promote the commercial products at TW Metals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
Requirements
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in marketing management as a product manager or marketing manager in a key segment within an organization.
- Understanding of commercial markets and ability to research emerging trends.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and to influence without direct authority.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and familiar with marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinker with a track record of launching successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM and marketing software
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
