Current physical or T.B./PPD test if applicablePersonal Requirements:

Be adaptable when working with a team of caregivers or under supervision
Functions To follow and perform the services in the client care plan provided which may require the following:
Observe and report changes in client s attitude behavior or physical condition.
Routine domestic duties such as cleaning laundry meal preparation and shopping
Transportation needs such as accompany client on medical appointment picking up prescriptions and running errands.
Meal preparation and assistance with eating if applicable Assistance with personal care if applicable
Requirements
Knowledge And principles of handling medical emergencies in the home and infection control
Knowledge of processing and assisting with personal services and domestic duties
Knowledge of transportation and driving requirements
Knowledge to identify problems and determine effective solutions
Knowledge of CPR and First Aid if applicable
Ability to read write and speak English and follow instructions
