Job Summary:

  • The Finance Program Group is responsible for the successful delivery of regulatory and crossproduct transformational Initiatives as part of Client s Transformation.
  • This role as a member of the Finance Transformation Office will provide ontheground support to teams to help accelerate critical RWA initiatives manage one or more critical projects ensuring that best practices and client standards are utilized to ensure successful delivery in a complex global environment.
  • Minimum 1418 years experience in program management in Financial Services preferably in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.


Role description:

  • Partner with the Finance Risk Data Technology and business teams broadly understanding their roles/ businesses/processes and challenge their feedback/updates. Understand and document the dependencies between the teams and flow of information
  • Drive businesses and functions to plan and execute. Support them with coordination efforts and facilitating dependency resolutions
  • Proactively identify potential problems/ risks by understanding the content and impact.
  • Ensure adherence to the governance standards. Schedule meetings set clear agenda document meeting minutes understanding their process impact update slides coordinating project activities across businesses/ functions
  • Monitoring & ensuring that Risk Assumptions Issues and Dependencies are being addressed escalating as appropriate
  • Promptly addresses potential issues or topics raised and understands the urgency of working with Markets businesses on a regulatory program
  • Prepare materials for updates to very senior members
