In this role you will be providing expert legal advice on a variety of employment law matters including but not limited to unfair dismissal discrimination claims redundancy processes and employment contracts. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver highquality legal solutions will be key to your success in this position.

Key Duties

• Advising clients on a range of employment law issues ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and negotiations.
• Drafting reviewing and updating employment contracts policies and procedures.
• Providing training and guidance to clients on employment law practices.
• Keeping uptodate with the latest legal developments and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in employment law.
• Proven experience in handling employment tribunal cases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong clientfacing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
