Location:
Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

As a National Account Executive your mission is to drive significant revenue growth by effectively closing inbound leads and diligently following up with every call until the deal is either won or lost. You will engage with potential customers through cold calling emailing and managing inbound calls ensuring that daily outreach and followups are handled efficiently. The role demands strong communication skills especially in American English as you will be communicating with bluecollar prospects in the US. The ideal candidate should be experienced in sales organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Closing: Close new users by effectively understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Lead Engagement: Cold call and email warm leads consistently ensuring daily outreach to potential customers.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Manage inbound calls daily maintaining a high show rate and engagement level.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a robust calendar to manage multiple calls and followup activities efficiently.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Achieve high closing ratios by building trust and proficiency in selling our platform.
  • Team Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with your team sharing insights and strategies.
  • FollowUp: Persistently follow up with every prospect until the deal is finalized.
  • Continuous Improvement: Reflect on performance to understand how to constantly improve aiming to exceed set targets and goals.

Daily and Weekly Tasks:

  • Execute daily team and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to set goals and review performance.
  • Complete endofday reports and update tracking systems and CRM.

Key Competencies:

  • Cold Calling & DMing Leads: Engage with potential customers who havent booked calls yet maintaining a proactive outreach approach.
  • Team Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with your team sharing insights and strategies.
  • FollowUp: Persistently follow up with every prospect until the deal is finalized.
  • Continuous Improvement: Reflect on performance to understand how to constantly improve aiming to exceed set targets and goals.

  • Experience in commercial real estate or energy efficiency and water conservation project sales.
