Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST)
Hours will be adjusted to fit the candidates time zone.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our global sales team. This team is tightknit candid and provides an environment for both performance and supportive growth. The ideal candidate will be driven to work independently in reaching their personal sales milestones while also being a team player. They should be levelheaded articulate and a first principles thinker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations for new prospects by performing deep discovery providing an overview of our services associating pain points and leading them through a seamless buying process.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding confidence and enthusiasm among new sales prospects setting the stage for longterm engagement and growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation.
  • Maintain a high level of daily performance aiming to meet or exceed quota.
  • Provide insightful learnings from customer interactions always seeking creative ways to grow the business.
  • Become a product expert learning the ins and outs on both the front and back end of the platform.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to keep meticulous notes and manage all lead data.
  • Communicate clearly with prospective customers throughout their buying journey.
  • Secure buyin from different departments within large organizations ensuring they are equipped to leverage the platform effectively and are properly queued for onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Onboarding/Success Product and Service to support customers.

Qualifications:

  • 14 years of experience selling products to customers (SaaS preferred but not required).
  • A fun and optimistic personality easy to get along with but driven and focused.
  • A desire to make a meaningful impact on a rapidly growing business in a large market.
  • Excellent listening skills with a keen ability to understand situations before responding.
  • A nononsense communicator concise effective and articulate.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar and tone.
  • A solutionsoriented mindset quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations.
  • An organized and processoriented approach to conducting business.
  • A team player with a humble attitude.
