Store Crew

Job Description:

The Store Crew is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at all times and ensuring that product displays are wellstocked and attractive.

• Warmly welcomes guests and provides outstanding service.
• Ensures the preparation and presentation of highquality beverages breads and sandwiches in line with established recipes and standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in both the backofhouse and sales areas.
• Ensures that stock levels are sufficient in both the counter and sales areas.
• Strives to meet the stores sales and profitability targets.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all products and services.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management HRM or a related field.
• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in restaurant operations is required.
• Experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Should possess skills in product selling be capable of multitasking and be customeroriented with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Willing to be assigned in SM Sucat Paraaque
