What does the job involve
- Development deployment and maintenance of complex software systems and services.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks security vulnerabilities and other technical issues.
- Staying uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Participating in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (beneficial but not required).
- Experience in the fintech industry or with payment processing systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements (e.g. PCI DSS).
- Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
