Job Description
Embedded with our guestcentric Guest Experience department you will play a crucial role in managing developing implementing and iterating the UX / UI endtoend guest / staff digital products and experiences to translate the strategic vision into a digital experience.
Heres your opportunity to craft remarkable experiences that are centered around our Guests needs. You will be central to the design and development of user interfaces for web mobile and conversational applications ensuring they are visually appealing userfriendly and responsive.
You will own complex initiatives produce personas storyboards scenarios flowcharts design prototypes and design specifications that show how digital products enhance and fit within the context of an overall experience and user ecosystems.
Innovate and dynamic you crave the opportunity to design and deliver topnotch and marketleading experiences. Youre a visionary about to revolutionize how passengers interact with our brand from booking to landing making the skies friendlier and ever more delightful.
