We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF United Airlines Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize analyze and optimize their capacity.

Your missions
As a Technical Product Owner you will play the key role of matching customer/user expectations with our Competition Tracking solution used by major transportation international accounts such as SNCF BlaBlaCarOUIGO Eurostar Transavia Corsair. You will help ensure our product reliability while keeping our clients at a very high level of satisfaction.
In practice even though there is no typical day your main missions will be:
Product Ownership
- Join a technical project based on web scraping where your role will be to match businessexpectations with technical requirements
- Coordinate with the Scraping team on a daily basis to test new developments and ensure high qualitydelivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring scraping success and testing data on a regular basis
- Keep a critical eye and be keen on improving the product challenging other team members whennecessary to bring customers feedback to the table.
Customer Support
- Act as the main interface with endusers : provide expertise on how to use the system respond to bug reports and define how to include customers new features requests in the general product roadmap
- Keep users up to date with regular trainings and documentation updates
- Bring assistance to users during the implementation of new projects.
Your profile
- You have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Your appetence for the transportation industry and your capacity to understand/resolve customer issues
- Your ability to lead a project and coordinate a roadmap with different stakeholders
- Your sensitivity to recognize bugs or inconsistencies on any dataset
- Your interest for converting business requirements into technical functionalities; and understanding how technical aspects can impact business requirements
- Your belief that business problems can be solved through technological solutions
- Your skills to interact and communicate well at all levels in both French and English
