Requirements

Your superpowers

• Strategic business thinking: You dont need to know every detail of how to solve a problem because you understand the business case behind it and you can make pragmatic decisions.
• Code refactoring expertise: You are able to tackle legacy code and make small refactorings without breaking it.
• Problemsolving mentality: You take ownership of a task and will do whatever is necessary to finish it. Yes you understand yourself as a problem solver via code not a coder.
• Master of great code quality: You understand code quality outside of frameworks.
• Extensive technology stack:
  Testdriven development with phpunit and integration test
  Knowledge in MySQL/ MariaDB
  Experience working with docker and containers
  Experience with kubernetes
  Nice to have but not mandatory is experience in Domain Driven Design & quality tools ( e.g. phpstan sonarlint phpcs psalm deptrac)
• Communication skills: You are fluent in both written and spoken English to communicate with our international team.
