Job Description
Micro Talent we are a subsidiary company of an American business group called Arroyo Consulting and we are currently in the process of recruiting for our team specifically for the position of SAP S/4 Hana Consultant.
Tasks
- Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs
- Good understanding of source system data integration requirements and design and configure data models and inbound integrations and identifies dependencies and resource requirements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Demonstrate cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the endtoend process and understand how it fits together.
- Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design customize configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Requirements
- English level B2
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead & Support the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules related to finance and controlling along with experience in system configuration customization testing and support. Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling is desirable.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving change and leading project teams.
- Problemsolving: Ability to identify issues propose solutions and implement process improvements effectively.

Salary: We dont have fixed salary ranges; we tailor the economic offer based on the candidates salary expectations. In this case you will let us know your monthly service fee and that value will be taken into account when making the offer.
