SAP S4 HANA Consultant

Micro Talent we are a subsidiary company of an American business group called Arroyo Consulting and we are currently in the process of recruiting for our team specifically for the position of SAP S/4 Hana Consultant.

Tasks

• Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs
• Good understanding of source system data integration requirements and design and configure data models and inbound integrations and identifies dependencies and resource requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Demonstrate cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the endtoend process and understand how it fits together.
• Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
• Design customize configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Requirements

• English level B2
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead & Support the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules related to finance and controlling along with experience in system configuration customization testing and support. Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling is desirable.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving change and leading project teams.
• Problemsolving: Ability to identify issues propose solutions and implement process improvements effectively.
