Cost Management and Estimation:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost control analyses to ensure project viability.
- Monitor and manage project costs, variations, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Management:
- Manage contractual relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all contract administration tasks are completed, including progress payments, claims, variations, and final accounts.
