Job Description

Job Role : Readiness Executive


A Readiness Executive’s role is to be the daytoday point of contact for all Google Ads campaigns.
It requires great customer service skills and they should be able to manage multiple clients in a
fastpaced environment. This role works closely with Sales Advertisers Creative Agencies Media
Agencies Tracking Team and Quality Assurance Specialists.
Liaising with Sales and Account Management the MCM will work continuously to build eective
client relations and help optimize campaign performance. This is a client facing role and you will
aend external and internal meetings relating to new advertising campaign implementations and
provide training to external clients if necessary.
Readiness Services is divided into three regions APAC (Asia Pacic Region) AMER ( American
Region CA NAM and LATAM) and EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa Region).

Responsibilities:
Resolve high volume of support requests from internal sales teams in a fast precise and
professional manner; mostly wrien but in some cases live phone calls
Develop mastery of the product and use this to resolve support requests and escalate if
necessary
Identifying the most ecient solution and escalating bugs & technical issues
Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements
Required Qualications:
C1 Versant Score or higher Strong in verbal and wrien English communication
Locally recognized certication for Language needs Strong in verbal and wrien
communication in required language
Completed Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
1 years of experience in a similar role
An ability to work organizational deadlines and KPI’s
Demonstrated creative problemsolving approach and strong analytical skills despite the
ambiguity of workows or instructions
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and strong aention to detail
Ability to build and maintain eective customer relationships
Ability to interface with dierent internal and external teams to get things done
Proven ability to make decisions based on the best interests of customers as well as the
technical escalations team
