Job Description
- Substantial experience with or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- JD or its equivalent from an accredited law school
- 10+ years' relevant experience in a major law firm or legal department of a multinational corporation, ideally with prior in house and managerial experience.
- Admitted to practice before the European Patent Office.
- Experience with computer process/devices and software related patents.
- Experience providing IP advise directly to business unit leaders preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German (desirable)
- A professional with a high sense of ethics and integrity, who develops a relationship of trust with his/her colleagues in the organization.
