Senior Accountant
Job Description: Our client a prominent construction company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations financial analysis and budgeting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthend close process and prepare financial statements.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Supervise junior accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
