Job Title: Java EE Developer
Location: Charlotte NC
Duration: 12months
Job Description;
- Design develop and maintain enterprise Java EE applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements specifically within Retirement Group Insurance and Institutional
- Banking sectors.
- Implement business logic and integrate applications with various data sources and thirdparty systems.
- Write welldesigned testable and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple environments ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ensure that applications meet security compliance and performance standards specific to the financial services industry.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance system performance and user experience.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java EE technologies such as EJB JPA JMS and JAXRS.
- Experience with web technologies like JSP Servlets and JSF.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Hibernate and Struts.
- Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience with SQL and database technologies like Oracle SQL Server or DB2.
Domain Expertise:
- Indepth knowledge of Retirement Group Insurance and Institutional Banking processes including compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in automating complex workflows and ensuring data integrity within financial systems.
Strong proficiency in Java EE technologies such as EJB, JPA, JMS, and JAX-RS.
