Job Description;

• Jira Align Configuration: Set up and customize Jira Align to align with the specific needs of the retirement planning services ensuring seamless

integration with existing Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Agile Transformation Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive enterpriselevel agile transformations leveraging Jira Align to scale agile

practices across teams focused on retirement planning services.

• Financial Services Integration: Ensure that Jira Align is configured to support the regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the

retirement planning industry.

• Training and User Support: Provide training sessions and create user guides for teams involved in retirement planning services to maximize

the effective use of Jira Align. Offer ongoing support to ensure continued success.

• DataDriven Insights: Utilize Jira Aligns reporting and analytics capabilities to provide insights into team performance project progress and

agile metrics helping drive datadriven decisions within the retirement planning domain.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business and IT teams ensuring that Jira Align configurations support the strategic goals

of the retirement planning service offerings.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features of Jira Align and Atlassian products recommending and implementing

enhancements to improve the tools effectiveness within the retirement planning domain.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience working with Atlassian tools with at least 2 years focused on Jira Align.

• Proven experience in supporting agile transformations within the financial services sector particularly in retirement planning or similar domains.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and their application in retirement planning services.
