As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will play a pivotal role in sourcing screening and selecting toptier candidates to join our growing organization. You will leverage innovative strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability
  • Utilize social media platforms to build strong interest
  • Manage the entire process from sourcing to onboarding
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
