Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical vision and architecture of our projects ensuring successful implementation while leading and managing the engineering team.
- Balance management duties with handson programming adapting your involvement as the team grows.
- Develop an innovative and engaging crossplatform software product tailored for gamers.
- Define the team structure recruit skilled engineers (with our support) and lead the team to success as a mentor and leader.
- Drive the development of cuttingedge software products for gamers ensuring they meet high standards.
- Optimize internal KPIs streamline processes and establish best practices and quality standards.
- Champion our shared values and vision emphasizing excellent user experience attention to detail product quality and teamwork.
MustHave Qualifications:
- A completed degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience with the gaming industry is preferred.
- Business fluent in English Business fluency in German language will be added advantage.
- Experience with technologies like React CSS HTML Node.js MongoDB Google Cloud Tailwind Firebase Next.js Nest.js Electron.js Flutter and React Native is advantageous but not required.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality standards.
- Excellent work ethic with strong organizational and communication skills.
- A desire for continuous selfimprovement and a commitment to helping others grow.
- A serious approach to your work always striving to do your best while also enjoying what you do.
- A team player who values collaboration efficiency and harmony while being proactive in identifying and solving issues.
