Head of Engineering

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical vision and architecture of our projects ensuring successful implementation while leading and managing the engineering team.
  
• Balance management duties with handson programming adapting your involvement as the team grows.
  
• Develop an innovative and engaging crossplatform software product tailored for gamers.
  
• Define the team structure recruit skilled engineers (with our support) and lead the team to success as a mentor and leader.
  
• Drive the development of cuttingedge software products for gamers ensuring they meet high standards.
  
• Optimize internal KPIs streamline processes and establish best practices and quality standards.
  
• Champion our shared values and vision emphasizing excellent user experience attention to detail product quality and teamwork.
  

MustHave Qualifications:

• A completed degree in computer science or a related field.
  
• 5 years of professional experience with the gaming industry is preferred.
  
• Business fluent in English Business fluency in German language will be added advantage.
  
• Experience with technologies like React CSS HTML Node.js MongoDB Google Cloud Tailwind Firebase Next.js Nest.js Electron.js Flutter and React Native is advantageous but not required.
  
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality standards.
  
• Excellent work ethic with strong organizational and communication skills.
