Job Title: CRM Executive (Spanish Speaker)
Location: Nearby Barcelona Spain (Hybrid: 4 days office 1 day home)
Salary:(dependent on experience)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive with a strong background in eCommerce online retail or iGaming. The ideal candidate will be based in Spain fluent in Spanish and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce PowerBI and SQL queries. The role involves managing and optimizing CRM systems to drive customer engagement and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms focusing on customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze data and generate reports using PowerBI and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement CRM strategies.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in eCommerce online retail or iGaming.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce PowerBI and SQL.
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work hybrid (4 days in office 1 day remote) near Barcelona.
