What you will do:
This is an inhouse lead Generation Expert Role.
Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research social media and networking events.
Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads by gathering relevant information and determining their fit with the companys offerings.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and followup actions in the company s CRM system.
Collaborative: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics including conversion rates lead sources and campaign performance.
Tech Savvy: Must be aware of multiple tools and databases to source leads as per the right volume and accuracy.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in lead generation sales or a related role preferably in the Lead Gen or IT services company for at least 6 months.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and other lead generation tools.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and identify key decisionmakers within target organizations.
Selfmotivated: Driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets daily.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively on multiple lead gen tasks with the sales and marketing teams.
