As an Executive Assistant you will need to wo rk well in a team environment be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executives level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the departments activities and goals.
Requirements
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
at least 2 years of administrative experience ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent)
Proven experience managing a complex calendar across different time zones.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic selfmotivated calm and effective when working under pressure
Extremely organized and detailoriented with strong commitment to accuracy
Handle regular activities without prompting and advice in advance of issues or delays Must demonstrate a sense of urgency in handling a high volume of scheduling requests
Exercise independent judgment in a variety of situations
Motivated by a collaborative environment and willing to go the extra mile
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
College degree is a plus
