A growing team located in Lafayette NJ is actively seeking a driven and ambitious Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in NY and NJ to join their ranks.

Responsibilities will include:
Full scope of primary care to patients in a nursing home.
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of NY and NJ
- Nursing Home experience preferred
- Enrolled in Medicaid preferred
- Open to fulltime
