Civil Project ManagerEstimator

Company Summary: Our client is a major general engineering contractor and subcontractor in Northern Nevada and the western United States specializing in excavation underground utilities site work subdivisions paving pump stations structural concrete mining leach pads gravel sand and asphalt production.

Position Summary: The successful candidate shall have at least 5 years of heavy civil construction project management and estimation experience and must have HCSS.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Takeoffs and Estimate

Provide all information to Contract Administrator for processing

Provide all submittals as required

Attend and participate in weekly job site safety meetings

Manage cost and forecasting review with management and Superintendent

Build and update project schedules

Estimate prepare and manage change orders

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years progressive responsibilities in heavy civil construction

Ability to work in high production environment

Leadership and communication skills

Proficiency with HCSS Estimating software

Proficiency with HCSS Project Manager Software

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word Project

Must have a clean driving record

Must successfully pass preemployment and random Drug and Alcohol Tests

Skills and Certifications: Civil3D
