Position: Waiters/ess

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant or bar

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

Ensure that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience

Assist with setting up and clearing tables

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and bar area

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Fluent in English additional languages are a plus

Must be at least 21 years old

Must have a valid passport and be able to obtain necessary visas and travel documents

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
