Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative you will be essential in delivering topnotch service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inquiries: Respond to and log consumer inquiries via phone email and online chat.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
- Complaint Management: Address and log client complaints in accordance with the companys escalation policy.
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure that all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed SLAs and properly documented.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize open questions support documents and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Providing Solutions: Offer recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in one of the required languages
- English Proficiency: Good level of English (B2)
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal
- Residency: Must hold EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card (Visa sponsorship is not provided)
