About the Role:
Were looking for a passionate and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team! In this role youll be the first point of contact for our Polish and English speaking customers resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth brand experience.
Youll be responsible for:
- Answering customer questions via phone email and chat in both Polish and English.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing detailed solutions.
- Researching and resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Upholding a high standard of customer service and building rapport with customers.
