Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure continued success.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee P&L management identifying areas for improvement and costsaving.
  • Provide financial guidance and prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and costeffectiveness.
• Networking & Brand Enhancement: Network with industry professionals to elevate our brand and reputation.
  • Represent the practice at industry events and professional organizations.
• Project Oversight: Lead various projects to completion ensuring they stay on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate efforts between contractors suppliers and internal teams.
• Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and partner practices.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daytoday operations freeing the doctor to focus on clinical duties.
• Associate Dentist Integration: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new associate dentists.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with a business advisor/coach to implement growth strategies and continuous improvements.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in business growth and operations management ideally within the dental or healthcare industry.
• Strong financial acumen including experience with P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in networking relationship building and executing marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
