Today we are seeking a Neonatologist for our hospital facility client In West Reading Pennsylvania.

The hospital is a regional integrated healthcare system that offers
compassionate highquality leadingedge healthcare and wellness
services to communities in Berks Chester Montgomery and Philadelphia
Counties. With approximately 11500 employees the hospital consists of
Reading Hospital in West Reading; Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville;
Pottstown Hospital in Pottstown; and St. Christophers Hospital for
Children in Philadelphia. The hospital has partnered with Drexel
University College of Medicine to open a new medical school onehalf
mile walking distance from Reading Hospital a regional medical campus
for Drexel University College of Medicine at the hospital. The school
opened in 2021 and is currently accepting enrollment applications for
the second class in 2024. In addition this Hospital is the main
training hospital for the medical school and supports ACGME accredited
residency and fellowship programs.

Highlights:

You will join a group of 5 welltrained Neonatologists serving our surrounding communities.
This is a 30bed Level III NICU and the only NICU in Berks County.

The team supports a busy highvolume highquality OB service of more than 3500 births annually.

The schedule will be 7 24hour inhouse shifts per month.

This facility has a supportive administration that is providing the resources to grow the service.

caring medical professionals. As the nationally recognized Magnet
designated flagship institution of the hospital Reading Hospital is
home to many toptier specialty care centers and services including the
McGlinn Cancer Institute Miller Regional Heart Center one of the
states busiest Emergency Departments and a Level I Trauma Center and
Beginnings Maternity Center which houses the regions only Level III
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Reading Hospital is home to many
toptier specialty care centers and services was named one of Americas
50 Best Hospitals by Health grades and has been ranked as one of the
Top Ten Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report the second year in a
row.

Qualifications:

Board certified/board eligible MD/DO in NeontalPernatal Medicine and ability to obtain PA license.
