Responsibility
- Recruitment Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for positions such as anchors live streaming teams and other relevant roles.
Manage the anchor team to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast business and handle daily employee issues. - Compensation and Benefits Management:
Manage compensation calculations and distribution as well as the administration of employee benefit plans. - Compliance with Labor Laws:
Indepth understanding and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws to ensure HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements.
Handle matters related to employee contracts labor agreements and regulations ensuring legal compliance throughout the employment lifecycle. - Onboarding and Offboarding Management:
Manage the onboarding process including contract signing and training.
Assist with employee and offboarding procedures ensuring a smooth process in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Manage employee attendance employee files and output work collaboration process SOP
Requirement
- Education: Diploma / Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: 23 years in HR
- Skills: Strong communication relationshipbuilding and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and knowledge of labor laws.
- Language Requirement : English Mandarin Indonesian
