Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor production activities and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during production
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and resolve any productionrelated issues
Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements in production processes
Stay uptodate with industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve production processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in Fruits & Vegetables processing (Frozing Not Fresh).
Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computeraided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite
