CRE
Position Overview: The CRE (Customer Reliability Engineer) team a concept proposed by Google focuses on alleviating user concerns about products through engineering improvements that support teams cannot address.
The CRE team works on improving issues related to inquiries across all services provided by our company. This involves collaborating with the AI team to enhance AI chat accuracy improving the inquiry process tailored for each product and expanding help content to ensure users can confidently use our services. The role involves not only development skills but also a deep understanding of user perspectives and close collaboration with support teams and product managers to alleviate user concerns. We are seeking an engineer who can lead our CRE team by leveraging their development skills and maintaining a strong usercentric approach.
Mission: Lead a culture that swiftly and optimally alleviates user concerns.
CRE members will spearhead the efficiency and systematization of inquiry responses ensuring that the entire organization can fully deliver the products value to users.
Vision: Create a system that does not accumulate issues through measurement and systematization.
Enhance the efficiency of CREs response to inquiries and cultivate an organizational culture that ensures issues are handled promptly and healthily through close collaboration with product teams.
Optimize support experience and inquiry response costs.
Ensure help resources effectively address user issues and that users can easily make inquiries. Aim to minimize inquiryrelated costs and optimize overall support to focus more on creating intrinsic value.
