Job Description
Scope of Work: Enhance the current Bot to Enhance Bot
1. Clone Basic Bot to Enhanced Bot
2. Modify Enhanced Bot according to customer requirements following Implementation Guide documentation.
3. Modify Apex code in relation to Enhanced Bot
4. Modify Enhanced Bot dialog flows/content according to customer requirements following Implementation Guide documentation.
5. Any development needed with regards to Enhanced Bot
And for the developer skillset as follows:
1. Apex Code
2. Flow Builder
3. Enhanced Einstein Bot Developer
4. NLP Einstein
