What Youll Do:

• Analyze General Ledger Entries: Ensure that financial records are accurate complete and compliant with industry standards.
• MonthEnd Closing: Assist in closing the books each fiscal period and contribute to the preparation of annual financial reports.
• Inventory Management: Reconcile physical inventory counts with internal records and participate in inventory status meetings.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and support the preparation of budgets forecasts and longterm financial plans.
• Audit Support: Respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors providing detailed information as needed.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor debits and credits efficiently.

What Youll Bring:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 35 years of accounting experience ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting software. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Mindset: Detailoriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
