About the Role:

Were on the hunt for dynamic Registered Occupational Therapists to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll provide patient care based on thorough assessment and written evaluation ensure compliance with hospital policies and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts. If youre passionate about making a difference in patient care and have strong communication and computer skills we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Provide patient care based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with hospital and therapy department policies.

• Assist in the departments performance improvement plan and continuous quality improvement.

Maintain and enhance occupational therapy knowledge by conducting staff inservices and attending continuing education courses.

What You Bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Oklahoma.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of hire.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a BS MS or Doctoral degree.

• Strong communication and computer skills adhering to the Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy and Code of Ethics.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be in the Lawton area or willing to relocate.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferably 6 months or more.

• Knowledge of performance improvement practices in healthcare.

• Commitment to continuous learning and development in the field.
