Job Description

We are seeking a wellorganized and experienced Record Keeper to join our Remote team. The Record Keeper will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital records ensuring accuracy accessibility and compliance with data protection regulations.


The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for thriving in a dynamic work setting.


Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of physical and digital records in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure that records are organized in a methodical and streamlined manner to facilitate effortless retrieval.

Maintain a vigilant watch over and guarantee the precision and trustworthiness of data in records.

Make sure that data protection regulations and company policies are followed.

Provide support for record retention schedules and disposal processes.

Ensure prompt responses to record requests from authorized personnel.

Perform regular audits to ensure the precision and comprehensiveness of records.

Work together with team members to enhance recordkeeping processes.

Offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to staff regarding recordkeeping procedures.

It is important to stay uptodate on industry best practices and new technologies in the field of record keeping.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

It is preferred to have an associate or bachelors degree in a related field.

Demonstrated expertise as a Record Keeper or in a comparable position.

Meticulous focus on precision and thoroughness.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Skilled in utilizing recordkeeping software and systems.

Familiarity with data protection regulations including GDPR and HIPAA.

Demonstrates the capacity to function autonomously and cooperatively within a group setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost care.

Must possess US citizenship or be authorized to work in the US.
