About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic **Business Analyst** to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll work closely with both business and technology teams providing critical analysis support from the inception of new technology and processes through to ongoing maintenance. If youre passionate about turning complex requirements into actionable solutions and have a knack for driving crossfunctional collaboration we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Communicate effectively with peers and business partners demonstrating strong questioning and listening skills to understand impacts and uncover needs.

• Interview business counterparts to articulate the business need problem or opportunity to be addressed and provide scalable implementation options.

• Gather and analyze requirements documenting business needs including workflows user stories acceptance criteria data mapping and UI wireframes.

• Lead and influence crossfunctional teams providing consultation for businessfacing application enhancements and coordinating user acceptance testing.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.

• 810 years of experience in Business Analysis with strong experience in requirements gathering documentation and workflow diagramming.

• Advanced experience with Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processes and tools such as Excel SQL Lucid Jira Tableau and Confluence.

• Strong domain knowledge in finance/asset management and the ability to manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

• Advanced skills with SQL Excel Lucid Jira Plans Scaled Agile Snowflake Salesforce and Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions and influence crossfunctional teams.
• Experience creating test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.
