Talent Acquisition Specialist

As Talent Acquisition Specialist youll play a crucial role in identifying attracting and selecting future SuperOfficers. Youll manage the endtoend recruitment process partner with hiring managers around Europe source top talent and ensure a super candidate experience.

Your role

At SuperOffice youll be busy

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and drive effective recruitment processes
• Creating and posting job ads on various platforms
• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
• Screenings and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications skills and fit
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews and other selection activities
• Conducting reference checks and ordering background screenings
• Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring a super candidate experience
• Making sure we get the most out of our applicant tracking system (Teamtailor)
• Analyzing data and sharing insights related to our talent acquisition activities
• Staying up to date on trends and best practices within talent acquisition
• Leading our talent acquisition strategies including diversity and inclusion initiatives employer branding and recruitment process innovation

Your Superpowers

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English
• 35 years of experience within talent acquisition especially within tech and sales
• Indepth knowledge of fullcycle recruitment processes and best practices
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent
• Excellent assessment abilities to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Experience with applicant tracking systems Teamtailor experience is a plus
• A curiousinnovative mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
