Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of all type Dx Air conditioning units (Mainly in Ducted Package VRF Minisplit & window etc)
- Able to quote all type of Dx Retrofit jobs.
- Monitor Maintenance Team.
- Plan day to day Service call & Break down call.
- Plan for Annual Maintenance Contract.
- Preparing Client data base report.
- Monitor Technician Foremen and Supervisor.
- Able to manage 25 30 call per day with 8 team of technician & also plan AMC contract as per convenient.
- Hand on experience on Dx Air conditioning.
- Good knowledge to identify Spare parts & Brand.
- Good Knowledge of DX Market for Procurement of spare parts.
- Good communication skill.
- Computer literacy is must (Able to prepare report letter to client Quotation etc.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 5 Years Field Experience.
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
- English Hindi & Arabic will add advantage.
