- Handling the cashiering at the outlet and ensuring accurate posting of all sales.
- Ensuring the outlets is always shining clean organized and products are well stacked and presentable.
- Ensure that the outlet is always stacked with the products and ensure to order on time to have all products available all the time.
- Ensure to achieve your monthly sales target.
- Ensure accurate presentation of products and accurate explanation to all customers.
- Minimum 5 weekly sales calls and 10 Telesales.
- Maintain and ensure customer relations to convert clients to loyal customers and propose supporting initiatives accordingly.
- Maintain the customer data base with up to date info and ensure continues communication is maintained.
- Retain the interest of the customers and speaks the brand language.
- Responsible for the brand reputation management.
- Shares all information of complaints and compliments to Management.
- Capture new audience for the company.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
- Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
