Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and update visual content for the companys intranet ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Design posters banners and digital signage for internal events workshops and employee programs.
- Assist in developing templates for HC documents including recruitment brochures employee handbooks and training materials.
- Support the team in producing video content by creating graphics title sequences and other visual elements.
- Work with the HC team to design and enhance the visual aspects of onboarding materials ensuring new hires have a positive first impression.
- Participate in the creation of infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex information for employee communications.
- Help maintain an organized digital library of all design assets ensuring easy access and consistency in future projects.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop graphics for employee engagement posts and other HCrelated content.
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve the departments visual communications.
- Assist in conducting photo shoots or selecting appropriate stock images for various HC projects.
- Provide basic support in print production ensuring that materials are printed accurately and to a high standard.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative projects.
- Experience with video editing or animation software is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing design work (even if its from school projects or personal work) is a plus.
