ABB Motion provides pioneering technology products solutions and related services to industrial customers to increase energy efficiency improve safety and reliability and maintain precise control over processes. The portfolio includes motors generators and drives for a wide range of applications in all industrial sectors. In this role as Senior Product Marketing Specialist your mission will be to accelerate and expand Motion business in Oman. You will strive to get ABB to preferred position with end users EPCs OEMs and partners based on quick and reliable offering support digital tools etc. You will develop and implement innovative strategies to maintain market leadership in Motion. Your responsibilities: Provide product and technical support to sales team and ensure best in class time to quote. Business development for Motion product business(excluding current ALS contracts) to 1112 MUSD within 202526. Optimize product selection based on customer requirements and preparation of technical and commercial proposal Participate in conferences workshops launch and learn sessions and conduct training sessions for key stakeholders Work with consultants and end users from FEED stage to position solutions in line with ABB product offering ensuring long term value creation for customers. Develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Divisions/Product Lines. Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market. Facilitate cross division and cross country collaboration Monitoring of time to quote and ensuring it is aligned with target Ensure customer satisfaction surveys are executed; analyze results and assist with corrective actions. Develop and implement product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global PG/LSU Team. Drive continuous improvement on NPS. Ensure the resolution of customer issues. Spearhead market intelligence activities to uniquely position ABB to gain additional market share for MVDs/Systems. Active portfolio management and positioning; adapt new models and coordinate G2M approach in line with LSU Strategy and MO strategic direction. Drive global Divisions strategy in the Country and to grow sales and market. Define plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all sales and marketing activities and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products in allocated markets Create plan and ensure implementation of the local gotomarket product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
