KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for a portfolio of clients
- Provide tax planning and compliance services including corporate and individual tax returns
- Offer strategic financial guidance and consulting to clients
- Conduct audits reviews and compilations in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address financial challenges and opportunities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Certified Public Accountant designation (CPA) OR Enrolled Agent (EA) certification mandatory
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters degree preferred
- 35 years or more of CORPORATE (1120S or 1065 partnership) tax experience
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
